The McDonald’s USA National scholarships

Interactive training
We provide computer interactive courses where employees are given detailed instruction about restaurant management, marketing, accounting and specific operational procedures.
On the job training and promotion
We have formal learning and development programs in place worldwide for employees at every level. These include crew development programs, e-learning systems, classroom courses and Hamburger University, one of the best known corporate training centers in the U.S., providing operations and accredited business management training for restaurant managers, mid-level managers, owner/operators, and corporate executives.
Further higher education support
We provide support for college and university coursework and qualifying employees may receive partial reimbursement for tuition—up to $5,250 per year—for courses relevant to their present or future jobs in the company.
